We try to use Continental Airlines whenever possible especially when weather or temperatures are a concern like this hot time of year…because CONTINENTAL has a special protocol in place where the temperature which the puppy is exposed to while being transported from building to plane is controlled as well as WHILE ON THE PLANE. The other airlines do not control this and makes last minute cancellations a high risk … we just don’t like to think our puppy may be sitting on a hot tire mat somewhere.
Priority Shipping costs $300 and we do not profit from this amount at all. It includes shipping fees, crate, vet certification, and we insure the flight as well.
So, please give us a couple choices of closest MAJOR airports…puppies must fly on the large commercial jets and so we need to use the major airports…no smaller hubs.

If we must connect and fly into a neighboring airport closer to you, we will research and get the best option of flight where the total trip time is as short as possible.
So, please give us your first choice and second choice of closest MAJOR airports.
What happens after you reserve a puppy???
Once we receive the information requested above from you. . . we will forward you a RESERVATION EMAIL AND WARRANTY.
This email will come in Section A and Section B.
Section A places everything both parties have discussed into writing for Buyer. Section A also provided important information for the Buyer to help prepare for puppy's arrival. Section B is one page Buyer needs to print, add signature and dates and then either fax or email back to us. The return of Section B activates Buyer's warranty.
Once the flight is booked, we will forward another email which explains everything Buyer will need to know to go to the airport and pickup the puppy...THIS INFORMATION WILL MAKE THE PROCESS VERY SIMPLE FOR YOU. The exact flight arrangements will be provided, a confirmation # will be provided so that if you have any questions at the airport, this # will access your puppy's flight information. Buyer will need to print the flight information email and take it, driver's license and puppy care supplies to the airport....pickup the puppy and go home. It really is that simple. ONCE BUYER RESERVES A PUPPY, DEBORAH WILL REVIEW THE FLIGHT INFORMATION WITH BUYER SO THAT BUYER IS COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE WITH UNDERSTANDING EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AND WHAT TO EXPECT.
